If you encounter an error while launching UNIVERSE, try these steps to resolve it:

- Remove “UNIVERSE” through the Control Panel.
- Install “Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable” by downloading it from this link:

If your system is not x64, visit Microsoft’s official site for the correct version. - Run the downloaded file and complete the installation.
- Restart your computer.
- Locate and run “UNIVERSE_Launcher.exe” to reinstall the program.
- Open the “UNIVERSE.exe” shortcut on your desktop and check if it works.
